Last weekend I shared some highlights from the lipstick themed bachelorette party I recently helped organize in Newport for my friend Christi… and as promised, here is some more information on the signature cocktail called the Cherry Smooch. Here’s what you’ll need for one serving:
– 2 ounces of Grey Goose Cherry Noir Vodka
– 1 ounce of Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
– 1 ounce of black cherry juice
– 2 ounces of ginger ale
– 1/2 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice
Combine all ingredients except the ginger ale in a shaker and mix vigorously with ice. Pour into a mason jar over ice and top with ginger ale. If you’re making this for a crowd, multiply the amounts by 20 and mix inside of a large drink dispenser or punch bowl.
I added these chalkboard labels to the mason jars so everyone could write their names on their drink (thanks to Megan for that!), and I also put washi tape around the top of each in lieu of a garnish for a pop of color.
