I went to Paris once, when I was 16, and I’ve wanted to go back ever since. It was the beginning of a month long trip across Europe, and I was jet-lagged and experiencing a minor case of culture shock. Since then, I’ve learned more of the french language and also become utterly obsessed with the ornate, white-washed look of Parisian decor. What is it about herringbone wood floors, white crown molding and glamorous chandeliers that feels so romantic?
Above are a few of my favorite trés chic Parisian interiors. Couldn’t you envision yourself with a latté and a croissant on that balcony?
