Growing up, I always admired my nana’s sense of style. She made bold choices, both in her wardrobe and in her home. She had a bright marigold shirt that I thought looked like it had Butterfinger candy bars all over it. Okay, that makes it sound ugly… but it was really cool. And she also wallpapered her bedroom with red poppy paper. We’re talking giant poppies. And I loved it. I still think about it to this day, thus today’s post. That DIY paper poppy in the second image would be great as a party decoration too. Love it!
