The Haverna

The other night I had a spectacular drink at Eastern Standard in Boston, and tonight I tried to re-create it… with some level of success I might add!

The Haverna is easy to make – mix equal parts Pimm’s No.1 and Averna, a dash of bitters, and flavor with pineapple juice to taste. Serve over ice. Cheers!
