Visiting the Magic Hat Brewery in South Burlington, Vermont has been on my list of things to do for quite some time now, and I finally had the pleasure of touring their facilities this past weekend.
The tour was both insightful and enjoyable. The brewing process is much more complex than I ever could have imagined, so it was helpful to see all of the different types of machines needed to create a six pack.
After completing the tour, we were invited to gather around the bar to taste any or all of the different types of beer they had on tap… very generous, those Magic Hat people. If you’re ever in the area, I’d highly recommend taking a tour while you’re there! Mmmm mmm.
