The age-old saying “a picture’s worth a thousand words” couldn’t be more true when considering Phillip Niemeyer’s Picturing the Past 10 Years. See it larger here, via the New York Times. Each of the images above could have just as easily been represented using words, but would it have been as effective? I wonder what 2010 will look like… Jersey Shore and the iPad?
